hello. i'm a 17 year old girl from germany. i've been vegetarian for over a year and now decided to become vegan. On this blog you can see most of my food. That's it.
Whole wheat bun, sliced smoked tofu and a kiwi. 
(I acutally put the tofu on the bun and added some asian sweet/sour sauce, but it’s to hard to photograph it nicely this way)
protein pancakes with caramelized apple and sliced almonds on top
Pasta with arrabiata sauce, pine nuts and basilsorry for not blogging recently, I was busy writing tons of exams, making christmas gifts and other stuff.  
Breakfast: Cornflakes with dryed cranberries and soy milk and a mandarin orange
Wholewheat pasta with fried onion and green bell pepper
Breakfast: 1/2 wholewheat bun and a persimmon
Salad with poppy seed, yellow bell pepper, dried cranberries, walnut and macadamia nut and half of a wholewheat bun
Vegan wholewheat spagetti bolognese with fake meat, red and green bell pepper and cashew parmesan (and extra chashews)
Breakfast: Mashed banana with oats, flax seed, crumbled chashews and dark chocolate
Microwave muffin with a peanutbutter heart
